About Us
DCQ is a specialised law firm regulated in the UK. Its focus is to counsel clients in Special Situations.
While each has its own characteristics, Special Situations have financial distress in common, often combined with complexity and cross-border issues, typically requiring a bespoke solution.
DCQ assists with such bespoke solutions, creating value, which can consist of:
- A settlement to a dispute (either before or after commencement of litigation);
- The execution of a distressed M&A transaction;
